Crude Food is an old concept in food with a new approach. We believe in providing whole, nutritionally rich foods that taste great. As such, our initial aim is to provide food products on three levels, personal chef, catering and soft drink manufacturing.

At Crude Food our most important asset is the love of what we do and the commitment to excellence. From sourcing, to receiving, to preparation, to delivery, we are committed to excellence in product and customer service. Our founder, Charmaine DaCosta, is an exceptional self-taught cook and long-time champion of healthy tasty meals. Her exacting standards are hard to meet much less surpass. In addition, Charmaine makes even the most mundane of dishes a memorable, talked-about gastronomic delight. Ask anyone who has tried her curried chicken, pesto and even her signature “Well Dressed Salad” and you will know what we mean.
